Privacy Policy

Effective: March 31, 2026  ·  Rivka SVCS LLC  ·  Los Angeles, CA

Your medication data stays on your device. RxOrderly does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal health information. The medication data you enter never leaves your phone.

Overview

RxOrderly is a medication management app built for privacy. Your medication data lives on your device and is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than running the app.

1. Information We Collect

Your medication data (Free tier)
All medication names, dosages, schedules, refill history, doctor visit notes, and supply counts are stored exclusively on your device using a local database. Rivka SVCS LLC does not access your on-device data. If you contact us for support and choose to share data with us — for example, by exporting and sending a database file — we will use that data solely to assist you and will not retain it afterward.

Anonymous usage analytics (all tiers)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate — which screens are visited, which features are used, and where users encounter friction. This data is anonymous, cannot be traced back to you, and contains no medication information.

Crash reports (all tiers)
We use Sentry to receive automatic crash reports when the app encounters an error. Crash reports include device type, operating system version, and a technical stack trace describing what the app was doing at the time of the crash. They do not include your name, your medications, or any health information.

Location (when you use local resource features)
When you use app features that help you find local resources — such as nearby pharmacies or savings programs — RxOrderly requests access to your device location. This is used solely to return nearby results. Your location is not stored by Rivka SVCS LLC.

Premium tier — cloud backup (coming soon)
A future Premium tier will offer optional cloud backup, multi-device sync, and account-based features powered by a secure third-party cloud service. When this feature launches, it will require creating an account (email address). Medication data synced to the cloud will be encrypted in transit and at rest. This section will be updated before that feature is released.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name or email address in the Free tier. We do not share any data with insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, advertisers, or data brokers. We never sell your data.

3. Third-Party Services

5. Children

RxOrderly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected about them, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us at support@rxorderly.com.

7. Data Retention

Medication data stored on your device is retained until you delete the app or manually clear it within the app. Anonymous analytics and crash report data is retained per the policies of Google Firebase and Sentry respectively.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update these policies in the future. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be noted in the app release notes.
