A lot of common questions are answered in these:

Common Questions

Is RxOrderly free?

Yes. The core features — tracking up to 5 medications or health activities, dose reminders, and refill alerts — are free forever, with no credit card required. An optional Premium upgrade unlocks unlimited medications and additional features.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your medication and health information stays on your device by default. It is encrypted, we have no access to it, and you are the only one who sees it. We never sell your data, we show no ads, and we take no money from pharmaceutical companies — so we have no incentive to push you toward any particular medication or pharmacy. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

My reminder didn’t go off — what happened?

Reminders depend on your device’s notification settings, the operating system, and connectivity. If a reminder doesn’t appear when you expected it, check:

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Premium subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. To cancel, open the Subscriptions screen in your store’s settings on your device. Rivka SVCS LLC cannot see, charge, or refund your subscription directly — only the store can. If you need help finding the cancel button on your device, write us and we’ll walk you through it.

Can a caregiver or family member access my information?

Not currently. RxOrderly is single-user per device today. Multi-user and caregiver features are planned for a future tier.

I lost my phone — is my data gone?

On the free plan, RxOrderly stores your medication data on your device only, so if the phone is lost the data is lost with it. We recommend taking frequent backups inside the app and keeping a copy of the backup file(s) on a separate device — for example, another phone, tablet, computer, or cloud drive — in case of phone loss or moving to a new phone. A future Premium tier will offer optional cloud backup that makes this automatic.
